Most people are so obsessed acceptable in the eyes of other people that they forget a very important part of the equation, how they see themselves. The truth is that if you have a bad body image then no amount of weight loss help. That is, no matter what your weight, you will still be dissatisfied with the way you.

How many times during the day at your reflection in the mirror? You will be surprised at the amount of time you spend on your obsessed refection. A conscious effort to control your mirrors and you will quickly your body image.
FOUR: Stop comparing yourself to other
Comparing yourself to others is just as senseless as to think about older or die. No matter how much weight you lose, how much you have surgery or how much makeup you wear, there will always be someone younger, prettier, thinner and more success. This is inevitable, why leave it for you? Focus on who you are as a person instead.
FIVE: Do not Watch Music Videos
Music videos are almost always full of beautiful young girls, whose images are manipulated to the mass media message that the youth there. You do not buy into this! You are an intelligent person, valid deserve to be happy and successful, no matter what you want to search.
SIX: Assess your own Ness
In this point of indifference, let me say: There are many people who can do what you’re doing, but nobody and I mean no one can be just like you. They are a unique, special people who has something that nobody else on this planet to offer your own special Ness. It is time to themselves.
SEVEN: Concentrate on your strengths
What do you do best? What makes you different from the crowd? Take time to think about it and how you publish them that you are so much more than your body. Begin to see yourself as a whole, not just a person who is to judge on its appearance alone.
EIGHT: Think about death
Yes, I know that this is a sound strange, but we really do not touch on this theme in much of Western society. The truth is, it can not be here tomorrow. There is nothing like a brush with death to remind us what is really important. Now I am not suggesting that you actually use a brush with death. I suggest that you think like a Buddhist and know how valuable a human life. How you do this, you will be less and less body-obsessed.
NINE: grateful
Write down all the good things you have in your life. I’m betting very few of them have to do with the way you. Life is multi-dimensional, so concentrate on the things you love about your life and you will be even more wonderful things for you.
TEN: Take time to relax
There is nothing like daily meditation, the balance in your life. As you learn to relax, see the things that disturb you no longer important. A healthy mind is very important in developing a good body image. Take time each day to relax, unwind and let the worries of the world behind you.
Whatever you think about weight loss will be more of that quality into your life now. For example, if you think losing weight will help get you even more to accept, then the adoption now. As you learn to accept yourself as you do now, ironically, you lose weight easier than ever before.
